The Institute for Promotion and Tourism “Turizem Grosuplje” undertakes to make the website www.visitgrosuplje.si accessible in accordance with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act and the EU Directive 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

We continuously monitor the accessibility of https://www.visitgrosuplje.si and improve individual accessibility features on an ongoing basis. However, some of the content published does not meet all the accessibility requirements set out in the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act.

We have been able to improve individual accessibility elements and adapt them to the provisions of the DFIDMA where possible. However, some web content may not meet all accessibility requirements. It would be unwise, especially in view of the complexity of the content, to adapt them definitively to the requirements, in terms of a disproportionate financial and human resources burden.

Examples of such content include:

• • scanned documents in PDF format,

• • software-generated documents (e.g. annual reports)

• • various complex data tables,

• • the pictorial material is not (fully) accompanied by alternative text,

• • videos are not subtitled, the control is not optimised and depends on other websites (e.g. YouTube).
