When Minka the mouse manages to elude a greedy raccoon by the mouse hair, she finds herself in a place she’s never been before.
At first she thinks she has hidden in the shop, among the cereal boxes, but eventually she realises that these “boxes” smell very different.
She only realises she is in the library when she reads the titles of the fairy tales that her mother Miš tells her and her sisters every night.
And that’s when Minka Mouse’s book adventure begins in earnest…
This children’s show introduces children to the world of library terms (librarian, reader, poet, writer, illustrator, etc.) and library etiquette in a fun and non-intrusive way.
In the performance with Minka and Pajki, they search for rhymes as poets, get to know Little Red Riding Hood, make their own illustrations and, above all, realise that there is never a dull moment in the library.
